Craig Mariconti
about me
I create learning solutions that challenge learners to grow and help achieve team goals.
I’m an instructional designer and eLearning developer based in North Carolina. I am currently seeking an instructional designer position with a company that values memorable, authentic learning solutions that challenge learners and contribute to broader organizational success.
My experience teaching in higher education taught me to see learning through the eyes of the adult learner, and the skills I gained in curriculum planning, assessment, and learner support continue to shape how I approach instructional design. In my work, I have helped learners identify their needs, overcome challenges, and track their progress toward learning objectives. Additionally, I have collaborated with colleagues and administrators to align curricula with the needs of underserved communities and have adapted instruction to support diverse learning levels.
I enjoy analyzing learning challenges, writing clear objectives, and creating eLearning that encourages learners to think in ways that reflect real tasks on the job. I aim to design experiences that give learners just enough information to solve problems independently, reflect on mistakes, and build confidence through practice. My design philosophy centers on creating authentic, immersive environments that minimize distractions, focus attention where it matters, and lead to measurable improvements in performance.
I am proficient in developing eLearning in Articulate Storyline 360, and excited for opportunities to expand my skills with other tools when needed.
Let’s craft meaningful learning experiences together.
I’d love to hear more about your organization’s needs.
